Music in Beautiful Spaces: Schubert and Dvořák

The South Beach Chamber Ensemble presents works of Schubert and Dvořák in an afternoon concert at the Coral Gables Museum, part of the annual Music in Beautiful Spaces series. The program features Schubert’s String Quartet No. 13 in A minor, “Rosamunde”, a late chamber work marked by both melancholy and lyrical warmth, and Dvořák’s String Quartet No. 12 in F major, “American”, composed during his time in the United States and infused with folk-inspired rhythms and themes.
