New Year's Eve Dinner at Essensia

A festive tasting menu and live music set the tone for New Year’s Eve at Essensia, where guests can choose between early or late evening seatings and enjoy a relaxed celebration shaped by seasonal cooking and coastal ambiance. With the bar open until 1 a.m. and a complimentary champagne toast included, the experience offers a thoughtful way to welcome 2026 in Miami Beach.

New Year’s Eve Dinner at Essensia begins with a choice of organic prosecco or a Brugal 1888 Negroni before moving into a menu built around refined holiday flavors. The evening opens with a lobster bisque accented with crème fraîche and Florida lobster, followed by a selection of starters such as burrata with prosciutto and figs, salmon tartare with ponzu vinaigrette, a roasted beet and citrus watercress salad or Essensia’s signature kale Caesar.

Entrée options include veal osso buco with saffron risotto, pan-seared Florida red snapper with cauliflower purée, a 14-ounce New York strip steak with seasonal vegetables or an herb-crusted New Zealand rack of lamb. Dessert rounds out the meal with a choice of ginger chocolate spice or Red Berry Fashion, each offering its own bright, celebratory finish.

Held at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., the dinner offers an elegant setting for marking the last night of the year, accompanied by live music and Essensia’s warm, tropical atmosphere at The Palms Hotel & Spa.
