The rich acoustics of a historic Miami church provide the perfect setting for an afternoon of exceptional vocal jazz. Nicole Henry with jazz vocal ensembles Frost Extensions & JV1 brings together established talent and emerging artists on Sunday, April 27 from 4-6 p.m. at Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
The performance features acclaimed vocalist Nicole Henry alongside the Frost School of Music's national award-winning jazz vocal ensembles. Presented by Martha/Mary Concerts, this family-friendly concert is geared towards both experienced jazz listeners and newcomers to the genre.
Following the performance, attendees are invited to a reception with the artists and can explore the church's La Merced Chapel. The event also includes a curated art exhibition featuring works by Miami-Dade County Public Schools artists.
