Night of Thousand Madonnas

Wynwood’s queer nightlife scene celebrates Madonna’s 67th birthday with a night of costumes, music, and performances spanning the pop icon’s four-decade career.

A Night of a Thousand Madonnas takes over Willy’s Neighborhood Bar on Saturday, August 16, inviting attendees to dress as their favorite era of the Queen of Pop—from the tulle-and-lace innocence of Like a Virgin to the mirror-ball futurism of Confessions on a Dance Floor. Drawing from drag and queer nightlife traditions, the event has become a beloved birthday ritual for fans in cities across the country. Miami’s edition promises a dance floor full of lookalikes channeling every chapter from Erotica to Ray of Light.

The night’s lineup includes Fka Twink, Daisy Dead Petals, Gad Frie, the Erika Norell, Miss Purple, and Deep Cleansing. Willy’s happy hour runs from 1 to 9 p.m., with the party continuing into the night. Ages 21+.
