Ocean Drive Independence Day Celebration Concert

Patriotic orchestral music returns to Lummus Park in Miami Beach for an open-air Independence Day concert on Ocean Drive. Ocean Drive Independence Day Celebration Concert takes place Saturday, July 4, presented by the Miami Beach Classical Music Festival in partnership with the Ocean Drive Association. The annual program begins at 6:30 p.m. and invites audiences to bring blankets or lawn seating for an evening of music on the grass.

Conducted by Miami Beach Classical Music Festival founder and artistic director Michael Rossi, the concert features the MMF Symphony Orchestra and Alumni Division Singers. The program includes patriotic favorites such as Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture, Sousa’s The Stars and Stripes Forever, an Armed Forces Salute and additional selections associated with the holiday.
