Freshly shucked oysters, mignonettes and chilled seafood anchor a beachfront tasting hosted by Jeremy Ford. Oyster Bash takes place Friday, February 26 at Nikki Beach in Miami Beach as part of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival®.
Ford, a winner of Bravo’s Top Chef and the chef behind Stubborn Seed in Miami Beach, leads an outdoor, walk-around event featuring oyster preparations and other seafood dishes. Wine, spirits and additional drinks accompany the tastings.
Participating chefs include Fiorela Cornejo of Rusty Pelican Miami, Frank Ferreiro of Nikki Beach Miami Beach, David MacLennan of Even Keel Fish Shack and Derick Wade of Coastal Catch. The lineup also features The Lazy Oyster and chef Robert Sisca.
Admission includes all food and drinks. The event is open to ages 21 and older, with a smart casual dress code.
