Paella, tapas, jamón ibérico, Spanish wines and cava take the spotlight across Miami during a 10-day celebration of Spanish gastronomy. Running Wednesday, January 20 through Friday, January 29, Paella Week brings restaurants, chefs and special venues together for dinners, tastings and other culinary experiences leading into the U.S. Paella Championship and Miami Seafood Festival.
Confirmed programming includes a kickoff party on Saturday, January 23 at Mariano Moreno Culinary Institute and a Paella Week event at Casa Millar on Thursday, January 28, with additional restaurants and events to be announced. Participating restaurants will also support the Miami Power Team Foundation through donations connected to featured dishes.
The series concludes ahead of the U.S. Paella Championship and Miami Seafood Festival, taking place January 30–31 at Tropical Park.
