Home cooks can learn steakhouse techniques during a hands-on cooking session at Prime 54, Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s contemporary steakhouse. Offered every Thursday through August 20 at 4 p.m., the class guides participants through key steps in preparing steak, from selecting the cut to seasoning, searing and achieving a tender finished result.
Led by Prime 54 chefs, the session offers a practical look at the methods behind classic steak preparation in a refined Miami Beach setting. The restaurant is known for prime beef, dry-aged selections and Japanese wagyu, along with signature sides made with produce sourced from Florida farmers.
Located off Fontainebleau’s historic Chateau Lobby, Prime 54 features an open exhibition kitchen, indoor-outdoor dining and a two-level glass-enclosed wine tower with more than 500 bottles from around the world.
