Celebrate the legacy of the Miami Sound with a performance by Peter Fernandez & The Open House Band at the Westchester Cultural Arts Center.
Taking place on Saturday, September 27, this evening concert spotlights vocalist Peter Fernandez, a key figure in Miami’s 1970s music scene and former lead singer of iconic local bands Coke and The Antiques. Known for his versatility, Fernandez blends Pop, Rock, R&B, Big Band and Broadway hits with the Latin rhythms of his heritage, offering a genre-spanning experience that appeals to a wide range of audiences.
The show features a multilingual repertoire—including selections in German, French, Italian and Portuguese—as well as a nostalgic tribute to Desi Arnaz, honoring the enduring charm of “Mr. Babalu.” Doors open at 8 p.m., with the performance beginning at 9 p.m.
