Lakou hosts the launch of Pots & Passages: We Carried More Than Chains, an evening blending culinary heritage, visual storytelling and live performance. The event honors diasporic food traditions and the communities that have preserved them, offering guests an immersive experience of flavor and memory.
Pots & Passages Launch Experience takes place Saturday, August 23, featuring a preview of the Postmarked Legacy photo series, tastings from Haitian to Southern soul cuisines, and live jazz, storytelling and music. A communal toast will close the evening, celebrating the resilience, creativity and legacy carried through generations. Admission is free with RSVP.
