Scientists, educators and conservationists working to protect Florida’s Coral Reef will convene in Miami this November for a four-day exchange of research, ideas and restoration strategies.
The 2025 ReeFLorida Symposium takes place November 18–21 at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. Hosted by Frost Science’s National Coral Reef Conservancy, the annual symposium features plenary talks, short presentations, posters and workshops highlighting ongoing efforts to study, restore and advocate for Florida’s Coral Reef. Attendees represent a wide range of disciplines—including marine biology, resource management, education and environmental policy—working to address threats such as climate change, pollution and coastal development.
Abstract submissions are being accepted through Friday, July 11. Registration opens Friday, August 1.
