Cuban son meets blues and rock in guitarist and composer Rey Rodríguez’s outdoor concert at Euclid Folly on Lincoln Road. Presented by the Lincoln Road Shopping District, the performance takes place Friday, November 27, in Miami Beach. Admission is free and all ages are welcome.
Born in Santiago de Cuba, Rodríguez founded the band Picadillo during his years in Spain before developing his solo work. His debut album, Guapería, recorded in Miami and Santo Domingo, brings together the Cuban rhythms and blues and rock influences that inform his guitar playing and songwriting.
Attendees may bring chairs, blankets and their own food and drinks for the open-air performance at 670 Lincoln Road.
