Two outdoor fitness sessions at Eden Roc Miami Beach pair guided workouts with a Breast Cancer Awareness Month fundraiser benefiting Susan G. Komen. ROC the Pink! takes place in the resort’s Spa Garden on Sunday, October 18 and Saturday, October 31, with 100% of ticket sales donated to the organization.
Rachel Joy leads the October 18 session, while Rachel Fitness, a three-time champion on MTV’s The Challenge, leads the October 31 workout. Participants are encouraged to wear pink and bring a mat, with a limited number of mats available onsite.
Each workout is followed by a Pink Refreshment Bar with light bites and beverages, including a choice of a Ketel One cocktail or mocktail and Miraval rosé, along with a Miami Beach Bum body-care showcase. The sessions take place rain or shine.
