Satellite: Flying Lotus + More
Oct 15, 2026
Starting: 11:00 PM
Experimental beats, bass music and left-field club sounds converge in a DJ set from Flying Lotus with a lineup spanning several corners of contemporary electronic music at The Ground in Downtown Miami. The late-night party takes place Thursday, October 15 as part of Satellite, III Points Festival’s week of off-site programming across the city. Actress, Ivy Lab, Loukeman and Miami-based producer Suzi Analogue complete the bill.
Flying Lotus, the Los Angeles producer born Steven Ellison, has spent two decades folding jazz, hip-hop and experimental electronics into a distinctive body of work that includes Cosmogramma, You’re Dead! and Flamagra. He founded the influential Brainfeeder label and has produced for artists including Kendrick Lamar, while also working in film as a composer and director.
The supporting lineup pushes further across the electronic spectrum. British producer Darren Cunningham, better known as Actress, is known for an abstract approach to techno and electronic music developed across releases for Ninja Tune and his own Werkdiscs imprint. London duo Ivy Lab emerged from the UK bass scene, moving between drum and bass, halftime, hip-hop and experimental beat music. Toronto producer Loukeman builds dance tracks from manipulated pop, R&B and other sampled material, while Suzi Analogue brings a Miami connection through her synth-driven experimental productions and Never Normal Records.
The Ground is located on the ground floor of the Club Space complex and operates as a separate, intimate performance room from the venue’s upstairs Terrace. Admission to this event does not include access to the Club Space Terrace. The party is for ages 21 and older.
