Satellite: Shanti Celeste b2b Peach

House, techno and left-field club sounds converge in a back-to-back set from Shanti Celeste and Peach inside Jolene Sound Room’s intimate downtown Miami basement. The late-night party takes place Thursday, October 15 as part of Satellite, III Points Festival’s week of off-site parties and programming leading into the festival. Miami DJs Sister System and Gio Elia round out the lineup.

Chilean-born, UK-based DJ and producer Shanti Celeste moves fluidly between house, techno, electro and bass-driven sounds, while Canadian-born, UK-based Peach brings an equally wide-ranging approach rooted in house and techno. The two artists also share a musical connection through Peach Discs, the record label co-founded by Celeste, which released Peach’s debut EP, Galaxy Girl.

Located beneath the Julia & Henry building in Downtown Miami, Jolene Sound Room draws inspiration from midcentury recording studios and 1970s leisure culture, with programming centered on local and visiting electronic music artists. The setting gives the Satellite lineup a close-quarters club environment suited to the night’s underground dance focus.

The event is for ages 21 and older.
