Sensory Friendly Saturday

A monthly program at the Miami Children’s Museum offers a sensory-adapted environment designed for children with disabilities and their families. Held every second Saturday of the month, Sensory Friendly Saturday provides reduced lighting and sound levels, along with limited attendance to support a more comfortable and accessible museum experience.

Participants can explore exhibits at their own pace while engaging in sensory-based activities and a modified stage performance. The program also includes opportunities to connect with service providers and learn about community resources, creating a supportive space for both children and caregivers.

Admission is free with required RSVP, and space is limited. Registration closes the Friday before each event.
