Sensory-Inclusive: The Silhouettes present "Love Happens"
Feb 14, 2026
Starting: 1:00 PM
Shadow-dance storytelling meets sensory-friendly performance in a family-oriented production at the Aventura Arts & Cultural Center. The Silhouettes present "Love Happens", part of the Sensory-Inclusive Series, takes place Saturday, February 14.
Designed to support children and adults on the autism spectrum or with sensory sensitivities, this performance features reduced sound levels, minimal special effects and no strobe lighting. A designated Sensory Quiet Room, presented in partnership with ABA Centers of Florida, offers additional support with trained therapists on site.
Founded in 2009 and known for their appearances on America’s Got Talent and AGT: The Champions, The Silhouettes® use shadow-dance artistry to tell an uplifting story about the many forms of love—from friendship and family to pets, music and even chocolate. The show combines emotion, movement and imagery to create an engaging experience for all ages. Complimentary pre-show arts and crafts are provided by Young at Art Museum, and a post-show character meet and greet invites guests to connect further with the performance.
