An evening of fine wine and modern steakhouse cuisine unfolds at Prime 54 with a multi-course pairing dinner featuring Napa Valley’s Simon Family Estate. Part of the Cellar 1954 series, the event showcases a menu by Executive Chef Michael Paley designed to complement the vineyard’s acclaimed vintages.
Highlights include the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc ‘Golden Ore’ paired with Speck Ham, Stracciatella, White Peach and Thai Basil; the 2022 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon alongside Pork Saltimbocca with Sage Jus and Black Truffle Potato; and the 2022 Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon matched with Tallow Aged Wagyu Striploin and Sarawek Peppercorn Chipperbec Potato.
