Soul Sync Body: Silent Disco Pilates for Women's History Month takes place on Sunday, March 16 at Reserve Padel in Miami Beach, offering participants an opportunity to honor and celebrate womanhood through movement.
This special event features a signature Silent Disco Mat Pilates session led by instructor Sanne, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience while enjoying the picturesque waterside location. The class combines traditional Pilates techniques with the engaging element of silent disco technology, creating an environment that fosters both personal focus and community connection.
Following the workout, attendees can cool down and socialize while enjoying complimentary iced Nekohama Matcha Lattes. Each participant will receive a Soul Sync Body Pilates Ball to take home, along with a custom tote bag filled with gifts from female-founded brands, supporting the event's theme of celebrating women's achievements and contributions.
The experience also includes a custom flower bouquet created by Studio LV, adding a thoughtful touch to this Women's History Month celebration.
