An undersized goat takes on the biggest competitors in a high-contact animal sport in an outdoor screening of GOAT at SoundScape Park in Miami Beach. The Wednesday, March 24 presentation is part of the 17th season of the free SoundScape Cinema Series, which projects films onto the 7,000-square-foot wall of the New World Center.
Directed by Tyree Dillihay and co-directed by Adam Rosette, the 2026 animated sports comedy follows Will, a small goat who earns an unlikely opportunity to compete professionally in roarball, a fast-paced, co-ed contact sport dominated by larger and fiercer animals. Determined to prove that size does not determine ability, Will sets out to win over his skeptical teammates and make his mark on the game.
The PG-rated film is presented outdoors, rain or shine. Attendees may bring blankets and picnic baskets for the screening.
