Soundscape Cinema Series: Supergirl

Milly Alcock takes on the role of Kara Zor-El in an outdoor screening of Supergirl at SoundScape Park in Miami Beach. The Wednesday, November 18 presentation is part of the 17th season of the free SoundScape Cinema Series, which projects films onto the 7,000-square-foot wall of the New World Center.
Directed by Craig Gillespie, the 2026 DC Studios film follows Kara as she embarks on an interstellar journey with a young companion seeking justice after a devastating attack. Unlike her Earth-raised cousin Superman, Kara carries memories of Krypton and the trauma of its destruction, giving the adventure a more personal story of grief, identity and resilience.
The PG-13 film is presented outdoors, rain or shine. Attendees may bring blankets and picnic baskets for the screening.
