Soundscape Cinema Series: The Parent Trap

Lindsay Lohan plays identical twins plotting to reunite their divorced parents in an outdoor screening of The Parent Trap at SoundScape Park in Miami Beach. The Wednesday, April 14 presentation is part of the 17th season of the free SoundScape Cinema Series, which projects films onto the 7,000-square-foot wall of the New World Center.
Directed by Nancy Meyers, the 1998 family comedy follows Hallie Parker and Annie James, sisters raised separately in California and London who meet by chance at summer camp. After discovering they are twins, the pair switch places and set out to bring their parents back together.
The PG-rated film is presented outdoors, rain or shine. Attendees may bring blankets and picnic baskets for the screening.
