Soundscape Cinema Series: The Princess and The Frog

A New Orleans fairy tale unfolds under the stars with an outdoor screening of The Princess and the Frog at SoundScape Park in Miami Beach. The Wednesday, January 13 presentation is part of the 17th season of the free SoundScape Cinema Series, which projects films onto the 7,000-square-foot wall of the New World Center.
Directed by John Musker and Ron Clements, the 2009 Disney animated film follows aspiring restaurateur Tiana after a kiss with the enchanted Prince Naveen transforms her into a frog. Together, they journey through the Louisiana bayou in search of a way to reverse the spell, encountering new friends and the shadowy forces of Dr. Facilier along the way.
The G-rated film is presented outdoors, rain or shine. Attendees may bring blankets and picnic baskets for the screening.
