South Florida PBS Film-maker Season 7 Wrap Party

Toast the creative achievements of South Florida’s independent film community at a festive evening of screenings, conversation and live entertainment. The South Florida PBS Film-maker Season 7 Wrap Party begins with a reception featuring light bites, drinks and live music, providing an opportunity to mingle with fellow filmmakers and take photos in celebration of the season finale.

Held on Friday, June 27 at the Actors’ Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre, the event continues with a highlight reel showcasing standout films from the season, followed by a panel discussion with featured filmmakers. The lineup includes award-winning documentaries such as Dirt Therapy, Querido Pequeño Haiti, Roots of Lil Green House and Open Dialogues: Gen QueerZ, along with notable narrative selections like Las Luces, Down to Zero and Hooky.
