Spain My Way: An Evening with José Andrés
Jun 04, 2026
Starting: 8:00 PM
Chef José Andrés discusses Spanish cuisine, culture and personal culinary influences in a live conversation marking the release of his latest book at Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus. Taking place Thursday, June 4 at the Chapman Conference Center, the evening features Andrés in conversation with political commentator and television host Ana Navarro. The program is presented in partnership with Books & Books and Miami Book Fair.
Spain My Way offers a collection of recipes and reflections shaped by Andrés’ upbringing in Spain and his career as a chef and restaurateur. Known for introducing Spanish tapas to a broad American audience, Andrés leads a global restaurant group and founded the humanitarian organization World Central Kitchen. Navarro, a co-host of The View and longtime political analyst, moderates the discussion.
Tickets are required for entry and include a copy of the book, with additional copies available for purchase at the event.
