Summer Solstice Sound Bash

Sound healing, live music and projection art fill Miami Beach Botanical Garden for an evening summer solstice meditation. Summer Solstice Sound Bash takes place Saturday, June 20, bringing the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra together with media sculptor dNASAb for an immersive sound and light experience in Miami Beach. The program uses the garden setting as part of the experience, combining vibration, image and collective listening with the surrounding landscape.

The evening begins with guided breathwork and gentle movement, followed by live drumming, interactive activations throughout the garden and an orchestral sound meditation led by more than 25 facilitators. Cinematic projections will be mapped onto foliage, creating a visual environment that responds to the natural setting. The program concludes with a SoBeSHO Handpan Ensemble concert under the evening sky.

Founded by Miami native Jared Bistrong, the South Beach Sound Healing Orchestra creates large-scale sound experiences that combine music, mindfulness and community ritual. dNASAb’s site-responsive projection works merge light, sound, environment and emerging technology to transform outdoor spaces into cinematic installations. Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket, bug spray, light layers and a refillable water bottle.
