Experience the ancient martial art of Chinese Tai Chi in Miami Shores. Tai Chi in the Park takes place every Saturday from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. at Miami Shores Optimist Park. Under the expert guidance of Sifu Fred Jolt and Sifu Lester Holmes, participants of all skill levels can develop better mobility, fitness, balance and coordination through this gentle yet powerful practice. This weekly session offers a peaceful start to your weekend while building strength and mindfulness in a supportive community setting.
