Four days of Ashtanga yoga practice and community anchor this Thanksgiving weekend program at Miami Yoga Garage, blending Mysore sessions, led classes and meditation.
Miami-native Kino MacGregor, a globally recognized Ashtanga yoga teacher, author of four books and co-founder of the Miami Life Center, brings decades of disciplined practice and inspiration to her teaching. Her husband and co-teacher Tim Feldmann, an Authorized Ashtanga instructor with a background in dance and philosophy, offers depth and precision through Mysore-style practice.
Thanksgiving Weekend with Kino and Tim runs Thursday, November 27 through Sunday, November 30, with drop-in fees of $60 per session. Thursday’s Mysore and Saturday’s Led Primary are free for MLC members with advance registration.
