The Art of Belonging: A Friendsgiving HypnoExpression

Guided hypnomeditation, expressive art and gentle somatic movement form a Friendsgiving-themed workshop centered on belonging and connection. Held Sunday, November 8 at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden, the session moves from meditation to art-making and a circle of movement, with activities exploring gratitude, friendship and shared humanity.

Joanne Burgess, founder of Flight of Minds, leads the workshop using the HypnoExpression format she developed. Burgess is a certified clinical hypnotherapist, life coach and social and emotional intelligence coach. No prior experience is required. General admission is $37, with a $33 rate for garden members.
