On select dates—October 25, November 15, and December 13—The Humble Potato: A 10-Course Tasting Experience unfolds at 2417 N. Miami Ave., presenting an entirely plant-based menu that celebrates the potato’s global versatility. Each course ranges from savory classics with inventive twists to surprising sweet creations, highlighting texture, culture, and innovation. Dishes include purple potato ceviche with lime and cilantro, crispy Yukon Gold mille-feuille topped with cashew truffle cream, Japanese sweet potato glazed with miso and maple, and a sweet potato–orange blossom baklava bite, among others.
Guests may also opt to enhance the evening with a curated potato vodka tasting, pairing select spirits to complement the progression of dishes.
