Celebrate authenticity, connection and wellness through a community-centered yoga experience at Miami Yoga Garage in Wynwood.
Held monthly, The Queer Yoga Club invites LGBTQIA+ individuals and allies to gather for a donation-based event featuring a grounding group meditation, a one-hour vinyasa flow class and a post-practice conversation on wellness. Light snacks and refreshments are provided in a supportive space where all identities are welcomed and affirmed.
This event is open to both Miami Life Center members and non-members, with a suggested minimum donation of $5.
