Valentine's Day at Bourbon Steak

A three-course Valentine’s Day dinner pairs classic steakhouse cuisine with a festive evening atmosphere at Bourbon Steak Miami inside the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa.

Valentine’s Day at Bourbon Steak takes place Saturday, February 14, with reservations beginning at 6 p.m. The evening features a special prix fixe three-course menu priced at $200++ per person, accompanied by a DJ-led dining experience and a rose presented to guests. A children’s menu is also available at $90 per child.

Led by chef Michael Mina, Bourbon Steak Miami offers a modern interpretation of the American steakhouse, with a menu centered on prime cuts of all-natural, organic and hormone-free beef alongside globally sourced seafood. The Valentine’s Day experience is designed as a refined yet lively option for couples and families marking the occasion over dinner.
