Valentine’s Dinner at Essensia takes place Saturday, February 14, with reservations beginning at 5 p.m. Priced at $150 per person, the evening begins with a welcome cocktail followed by artisanal breads and house spreads, leading into a four-course menu designed for a leisurely, romantic pace.

The curated menu includes starter options such as beetroot tartare, salmon crudo or peppercorn sirloin carpaccio, followed by entrée selections including grass-fed filet mignon, tagliatelle pescatore or mushroom and leek risotto. Dessert offerings include a flourless chocolate sweetheart or a lychee-raspberry macaron heart. Guests may enhance the experience with optional private dining add-ons, including a poolside Tiki Cabana set within the hotel’s gardens or a secluded Spa Cabana near the meditation garden, offering additional privacy in a tranquil setting.
