Venetian Causeway Coastal Cleanup

Help keep Biscayne Bay’s shoreline clean by volunteering at a monthly cleanup at Venetian Causeway Park. This event focuses on removing litter and microplastics from the park’s green space along the water, contributing to a healthier marine environment.

The Venetian Causeway Coastal Cleanup takes place on the fourth Sunday of every month at Venetian Causeway Park. Volunteers will receive gloves and trash bags, though bringing reusable gloves is encouraged. Participants under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please arrive on time, check in with park staff, and come prepared with closed-toed shoes, sun protection and a refillable water bottle. Community service hour letters are available by request after the event.
