Vizcaya Late: Holiday Evening

Holiday décor, live music and illuminated gardens shape an after-hours winter evening at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. Taking place Wednesday, December 9, the program is part of the monthly Vizcaya Late series and draws on the estate’s own history: Vizcaya first opened as a private residence on Christmas Day in 1916.

The Main House will be decorated in a style inspired by the early 20th century, with garlands, a traditional Christmas tree and seasonal details throughout the Courtyard and East Loggia. Vocal Youth Miami performs a winter program reflecting traditions from around the world, while guests can explore the gardens after dark, make holiday lanterns and enjoy complimentary hot chocolate while supplies last.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase, and all activities are included with general admission. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for children ages 6–12 and free for children 5 and under and Vizcaya members.
