Vizcaya Village Night Market: Gratitude in Voice
Nov 12, 2026
Starting: 5:00 PM
Live poetry, jazz and participatory music accompany an outdoor market of South Florida farmers, food producers and artisans at Vizcaya Village. The November edition of the monthly Night Market takes place Thursday, November 12, at the estate’s historic farm and village, across South Miami Avenue from the Main House and gardens. Vendors offer fresh produce, specialty foods, handcrafted goods and gifts.
Featured programming includes:
- Alicia del Aguila: The multidisciplinary artist and musician combines guitar, voice, drumming and meditative sounds in a performance that may include community drumming.
- Wild Bloom Poetry, beginning at 6 p.m.: Poet and author Stella Amador hosts featured poet Renzo Del Castillo, with live jazz by Michael Gaspari of The G.G. Collective. An open mic offers opportunities for attendees to share their work.
- Village After Hours Tours: Guided walks explore the village’s history and restoration, with an English tour at 6:15 p.m. and a Spanglish tour at 7 p.m. Tours cost $6 and require separate registration.
Market admission is free with RSVP. Poets seeking a guaranteed open mic slot must reserve a Poet Performer add-on ticket; spaces are limited and readings may last up to four minutes. The first 100 guests receive a complimentary tote bag while supplies last.
