A multi-course journey through rare Japanese whiskies and luxurious A5 Wagyu awaits inside the hidden dining room of El Secreto Omakase by Paul Qui at the Faena Hotel Miami Beach. Wagyu and Whiskey is a six-course tasting menu that pairs elevated interpretations of Wagyu with curated pours, including two signature cocktails and four neat selections.
The experience opens with Bluefin Tuna Tartare on a crisp wonton tart and a Yuzu Highball, followed by dishes such as Shabu-style Wagyu in dashi, charcoal-grilled Wagyu Striploin with brown butter lobster and a Wagyu Fat-Washed Dessert with truffle and Hakushu 18. Each course highlights the deep umami of the beef while drawing out nuanced flavor notes from premium Japanese whiskies.
Wagyu and Whiskey takes place every Saturday from June 14 through July 12, with seatings at 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
