American folk influences and symphonic grandeur fill SoundScape Park in Miami Beach as conductor Domingo Hindoyan leads the New World Symphony in Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 “From the New World”. The free WALLCAST® Concert: Dvořák's New World Symphony on Saturday, November 15 also features NWS Conducting Fellow Ziwei Ma and cellist Johannes Moser in Glanert’s Cello Concerto, along with Orth’s Chasing Light.
Broadcast in high definition on the New World Center’s 7,000-square-foot projection wall—with an expanded mobile screen and upgraded sound system—the performance inside the hall is shared outdoors for audiences to enjoy under the night sky. Visitors are welcome to bring blankets or picnic dinners for a relaxed listening experience. No tickets are required, and public restrooms are available in the southeast corner of the park.
