Dog contests, adoption opportunities and cooling play areas bring neighbors and their leashed pets together for a morning centered on Wynwood’s canine community. Presented by the Wynwood BID with D.O.G. Hotels Wynwood and neighborhood partners, the event takes place Sunday, August 23 at 29 NW 28th Street.
Activities include lighthearted competitions, meetings with adoptable dogs, the Woof Star Studio photo experience and a marketplace featuring local pet vendors. Splash pools, misting fans, hydration stations, giveaways and complimentary samples from participating Wynwood businesses will also be available while supplies last.
Attendees can view concept designs for the future Wynwood Dog Park, learn more about the project and share feedback with the BID. Water and shade will be provided throughout the event.
