Weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance challenges test athletes across ten events during a two-day fitness competition in Miami Beach. XENOM Miami takes place Saturday, December 19 and Sunday, December 20 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, with spectators welcome to watch the competition.
Launched in 2026 by founder Keith Barlow, XENOM is an international competition series built around a fixed format it calls the “Decathlon of Fitness.” Athletes earn points across standardized events, producing an overall Elite Performance Index score that allows comparisons across competitions.
The program includes barbell lifts, rope climbs, stationary-bike sprints, running and combinations of strength and conditioning movements. Four divisions accommodate different experience levels, from Foundations for newcomers to an invitation-only Elite division. Movement requirements and weights vary by division.
Athlete registration is available, with heat times and the detailed competition schedule to be announced. Spectator admission details remain to be confirmed.
