El Espacio 23 is a modern art venue established by Jorge M. Pérez, a collector and philanthropist. It is located in a revamped 28,000-square-foot warehouse in Miami's Allapattah neighborhood. This art space offers a range of exhibitions, residencies, and special projects to artists, curators, and the general public, all of which are sourced from the Pérez Collection.
