Chef Tania, LLC is a Miami-based fine catering and private chef company blending Mexican tradition with French technique. Founded by Tania Cuevas, a Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate and Ritz Hotel Paris alumna recognized by the Gault & Millau Guide, and Jonathan Saban, the team designs bespoke culinary experiences for private residences, luxury venues and corporate clients. Chef Tania holds an active Florida liquor license and offers full catering, bar service and event support. Past clients include Novak Djokovic, Salma Hayek, Land Rover, Garnier, Breitling and UNESCO.
