Guests of the signature restaurant located at The Blue all-suites resort are greeted with a two-pound steak knife, crisp white linens and an oversized wine glass. The restaurant introduces entrees of USDA hand-cut meats, freshly caught fish from Florida waters, and locally grown vegetables and fruits. The 5300 Lounge presents a wine list for the most discerning wine aficionados. Our Restaurant offers delightful and delectable options for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner. Featuring American Favorites with a Latin Fusion flair and elegance. We also have a bar area which is a gathering spot for locals, executives from nearby, business travelers, golfers and groups of all sizes. We can accommodate 85 people for dinner, no private dining room is available, however we have a very nice outdoor patio overlooking our pool with a fire pit. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
