Shula's Hotel & Golf Club

Originally designed by Bill Watts in 1962, the par-72 Senator Course at Shula’s Hotel and Golf Club in Miami Lakes underwent a full renovation in 2013. With more than 500 acres of greens, it remains one of the area’s most iconic and lush championship golf courses. The holes increase in difficulty as you go – and nearly every one has a water hazard. Named for former Miami Dolphins football head coach Don Shula, the hotel and golf club have been a landmark destination for decades. The hotel is also home to the famed Shula’s Steakhouse and a relaxing resort pool.

Featuring four championship golf courses, Trump® National Doral is continually improving, most recently adding an LED-lit practice facility that allows guests to practice well after sundown. The Red Tiger, featuring 120 acres of New England-style greens redesigned by Gil Hanse, was unveiled in January 2015. The Blue Monster – considered the most iconic of the resort’s four courses – has also undergone a redesign and now features deep bunkers, long fairways and challenging water hazards. Golfers will enjoy a change of pace on the resort’s two other courses, Golden Palm and Silver Fox.

For post-golf activities, the resort has three restaurants including BLT Prime, a modern American steakhouse with panoramic views of The Blue Monster golf course. The 643-room resort also has a full-service spa, seven tennis courts, a swimming pool, Trump Kids Club and a state-of-the-art health club.

The Biltmore Hotel Miami - Coral Gables

With its Mediterranean Revival splendor and Old Florida charm, the Biltmore Hotel Miami – Coral Gables is one of the most iconic resorts in Miami, and its golf course is no less impressive. The 18-hole Donald Ross Golf Course underwent a major enhancement to its driving range, practice areas, hitting station and pro shop in 2018. With the Jim McLean Golf School at The Biltmore onsite, PGA Pro instruction is available for everyone, from beginners to advanced golfers. The Biltmore also features the largest hotel pool in the continental United States, as well as the Palme d’Or French restaurant and a lavish Sunday brunch at its Fontana restaurant.
