CHO is a vibe-forward FUNKY ASIAN BISTRO by MO Alkassar. It's a culinary journey through Asia showcasing some of the best dishes from countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, China, and Korea. The menu balances between authentic classics and edgier reinterpretations of Asia's flavors. The cocktail program, created with Unfiltered Hospitality, is designed to spark curiosity and keep things interesting from the first sip to the last round.
And then there’s our monkey mascot. Playful, a little mischievous, and exactly the kind of energy you’ll feel the moment you walk in. CHO leans into the edginess of South Beach. It’s moody, a little sexy, always upbeat. This is where quality ingredients go out to have fun!

In addition to the dining room, CHO has a pool-side patio with a seated capacity of up to 80 guests and a standing capacity of over 300 guests; the patio is only available for buyouts. The dining room consists of 24 bar seats and 60 dining seats. There are plenty of phot-op moments within the restaurant and a photobooth to ensure your memories last forever.
