Paya is a neighborhood island-inspired restaurant focusing on high-quality ingredients and thoughtful cooking techniques as it pulls together threads from across the Caribbean, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and India, and weaves them into something wholly its own. This isn’t a “fusion” restaurant, it’s a tribute to migration, flavor, family, and heritage led by Mo Alkassar and Chef Niven Patel of Feal Hospitality.
