Slim's is a glamorous steakhouse from acclaimed restaurateur Stephen Starr, located at Bal Harbour Shops. Inspired by the golden age of cinema, the 183-seat restaurant features plush leather banquettes, rich textures, and a striking mural by artist Christoph Niemann. The menu centers on premium steak cuts and Wagyu, a raw bar and caviar program, and the signature Wagyu cheesesteak. The cocktail program is anchored by a dedicated martini list. Slim's offers indoor and outdoor dining and a full bar, and is open for weekday lunch and dinner daily.
