Community Health of South Florida Inc.'s West Perrine Health Center is nonprofit health care organization among 10 state-of-the-art primary care centers. CHI's West Perrine Health Center offers a one-stop-shop model with: primary care, pediatrics, dental, laboratory, insurance enrollment, free prescription delivery and free transportation. It accepts most insurance, as well as a pay scale for those with limited or no insurance. Open Monday and Wednesday 10:30 a.m.-7 p.m.; Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.; closed Saturday and Sunday.
