Guided by experienced chefs, you'll learn traditional techniques for crafting authentic pasta from scratch while preparing two classic Italian sauces and flavorful fillings using time-honored recipes.
Along the way, you'll gain practical culinary skills, enjoy an authentic Italian cooking experience, and take home specialty pasta-making tools and gadgets so you can recreate your favorite dishes at home.
