Vocalist and guitarist Allan Harris brings Nat King Cole’s holiday repertoire and American Songbook standards to the open-air Banyan Bowl. The concert takes place Saturday, December 12 at Pinecrest Gardens as part of the 17th annual Jazz at Pinecrest Gardens season. The program pairs seasonal favorites with Harris’s warm vocal style and guitar work.
The Brooklyn-born, Harlem-based musician has released 14 recordings as a bandleader and performed at concert halls, jazz clubs and festivals around the world. His repertoire spans jazz, blues, original compositions and interpretations of the American Songbook, and his career has included performances with artists such as Tony Bennett, Dionne Warwick and Diana Krall.
Single-show tickets go on sale August 3, with season subscriptions available in June and July.
